If you have witnessed or been a victim of an incident either on campus or on the way to campus which has resulted in serious harm to persons or property, please report the incident to the Executive Principal. If the Executive Principal is involved or unavailable, contact the Chair of the Board of Directors.
If the incident is a sexual assault or sexual harassment, please use the separate reporting procedure in the next column.

If you are a student or staff member and have witnessed or been a victim of a sexual assault or sexual harassment, you may lodge a confidential report with Sheridan's Designated First Responder (DFR). The DFR at Sheridan is Mrs Christa Smith, the Director of Student Services. Where the DFR is conflicted in a particular case, then Dr Natalie Leitao, the Academic Principal, will act as the DFR in her place.
